Email Experience Manager (EXM): Using context to earn customer loyalty

I had the pleasure of meeting with many Sitecore customers recently in Minneapolis, Chicago, and Toronto. After this multi-state roadshow I also met with our partner community in both Washington, DC and Seattle. What I heard from both groups regarding marketer challenges is certainly supported by The Relevancy Group’s “ESP Buyer’s Guide 2016.”
